In 2010, Duong started working in Ho Chi Minh City. At that time, he went to a used bookstore to look for some old textbooks and notebooks from his school days, and after a while, he found this to be an interesting topic. Therefore, whenever he came across textbooks, notebooks, or diaries, he would buy and collect them.
After nearly 15 years of collecting, Duong's "collection" is like a miniature library with about 7,000-8,000 textbooks, 5,000 student notebooks, and 500-600 school yearbooks.
Over time, the pages of the books begin to yellow, the ink fades with the years, but the cultural aspects and memories he preserves remain, and anyone who has the chance to look at them will surely feel a sense of nostalgia.
