According to the assessment, the submitted propaganda posters all effectively conveyed the competition's criteria. Many entries showcased new artistic styles, breaking away from traditional approaches in propaganda poster creation. The competition successfully mobilized the talent, dedication, and intellect of numerous professional and amateur artists, art associations, agencies, units, and universities specializing in fine arts and graphic design. The works highlighted the propaganda and educational content regarding the immense historical significance of the Liberation Day of Hanoi, the glorious revolutionary traditions of the Hanoi Party Committee and people in the national liberation struggle, the aspiration to build and develop the capital into a "Cultural - Civilized - Modern" city, and the heroic sacrifice of the Hanoi army and people in their "fight to the death for the survival of the Fatherland" spirit. The works also publicize the achievements of the capital city over 70 years of construction and development, and after nearly 40 years of implementing reforms in the fields of culture, economy , society, health, science and technology.
