According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, the virtual filtering for university admission will take place from August 13 to 5:00 p.m. on August 17 and will be carried out 6 times.

Every day, schools will join the Ministry of Education and Training to follow the correct process of receiving data, organizing admissions and sending admission results to the system. All admission methods (about 20 methods) are admitted in one round on the Ministry of Education and Training's system.

After the final virtual screening, schools will enter the admission scores and admission results into the system, review and prepare to announce the first round of admission results according to the general schedule. Thus, after this period, schools can announce the benchmark scores and admission results to candidates.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires schools to announce admission scores no later than 5 p.m. on August 19. Each candidate will only be admitted to one highest choice.

Recently, Hanoi University of Science and Technology announced its plan to announce admission scores based on thinking assessment test scores and high school graduation exam scores in 2024 for 64 majors and training programs on August 17.

Banking Academy also plans to announce the benchmark scores on August 17. Meanwhile, National Economics University said that it is expected to announce the benchmark scores on August 19.

Some schools such as Hanoi University of Industry and Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology are expected to announce their admission scores on August 19.

Currently, candidates nationwide are in the process of paying university admission registration fees. The virtual screening will take place from 12 to 16:00 on August 17, after which universities will announce the benchmark scores for 2024.

A representative of the University of Industry and Trade said that the school will announce the benchmark scores on August 17. Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Dung, Director of Information and Communications, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, said that the benchmark scores will be announced on the evening of August 17. Similarly, announcing the benchmark scores on the evening of August 17 is also the plan of the University of Economics and Finance of Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang University.
