The 2024 Thu Duc City Open Tennis Tournament, organized by the Thu Duc City People's Committee in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Tennis - Pickleball Federation and Masterise Group Joint Stock Company, will be held at The Global City tennis courts from August 10 to 17.

The tournament attracted over 400 athletes competing in the following categories: mixed doubles 1250 points, men's doubles 1750 points, men's doubles 2000 points, men's doubles for civil servants and public employees, and men's doubles for leaders. Notably, the men's doubles 2000 points category, the most exciting event, taking place on August 16th and 17th, featured strong players such as Le Quoc Khanh, Nguyen Quang Vinh, and Tran Tien Thinh.

Le Quoc Khanh, the "King of the Net" in Vietnamese tennis, is a contender for the championship title alongside Ho Khanh Trinh. At 42 years old, Le Quoc Khanh remains among the top Vietnamese doubles players. He recently tried his hand at pickleball, but still dedicates most of his time to his lifelong passion: tennis.
The 2024 Thu Duc City Open Tennis Tournament applies the rules of competition issued by the Vietnam Tennis Federation, with matches consisting of 6 games per set. The tournament has a total prize pool of 300 million VND, including trophies, medals, and cash prizes for first, second, and third place in each competition category.
