This is a testament to the positive development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.

The Head of the Central Propaganda Department expressed his hope that Ambassador Knapper and the US Embassy in Vietnam would continue to act as a bridge to promote bilateral relations through various channels, contributing to increased mutual understanding and trust, based on the agreed principles of respecting each other's independence, sovereignty , territorial integrity, and political systems. Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia requested that the US continue to support Vietnam in training high-quality human resources and create favorable conditions for cooperation between universities, technology institutes, and trade organizations in both countries. Both sides affirmed that the good relationship between the two countries stems from the legitimate aspirations of the people of both nations, and is the realization of the vision, goals, and efforts of the leaders of both countries for the benefit of their peoples, and for peace, stability, cooperation, and sustainable development in the region and the world.
