Why did Hoang Huy's stock pair hit the floor price?

As of 2:15 PM on August 8th, the trading volume of TCH had reached nearly 20 million units, with a surplus of over 14 million units offered at the floor price, a sharp increase compared to the previous four sessions with a trading volume of approximately 11.5 million units.

Considered a "collateral damage" to the situation, HHS shares, also under the Hoang Huy group, fell to the floor price with nearly 3.3 million units traded and 2.46 million units remaining unsold at the floor price.

In fact, TCH shares have been favored by investors recently due to their competitive advantages and the main growth driver stemming from the potential for price appreciation from the large land bank in Thuy Nguyen district ( Hai Phong ) - which is expected to develop into a new multi-sector economic center of Hai Phong.

Currently, Hoang Huy is developing three projects here: Do Muoi Urban Area, Grand River, and Hoang Huy New City. It is expected that these projects will benefit from higher selling prices and absorption rates in the next 3-5 years due to the long-term growth potential of the Hai Phong real estate market.
