According to the agenda of the 36th session, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly will dedicate 1.5 days to conducting questioning and answering sessions on the implementation of resolutions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on specialized supervision and questioning from the beginning of the 15th National Assembly term until the end of 2023.

Speaker of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man .
The question-and-answer session is scheduled for August 21-22, with the questions focusing on two main areas.
The first group of areas includes: agriculture and rural development, industry and trade, natural resources and environment, culture, sports and tourism. The questioning time for this group is approximately 190 minutes.
The second group of areas includes: Justice; internal affairs; security, order, social safety, inspection, courts, and prosecution, with a duration of approximately 250 minutes.
The question-and-answer session will be broadcast live on radio and television so that voters and the public can follow and monitor it.
At the meeting, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man requested thorough preparation from early on, both in advance and in advance, to ensure that the question-and-answer session meets the set requirements and plan. Mr. Man emphasized that question-and-answer sessions are always a supervisory activity that voters, the public, National Assembly deputies, and the press are interested in and follow closely.
The Speaker of the National Assembly agreed with the suggestions not to allocate specific time slots for each minister and head of department to answer questions, in order to reduce pressure on those answering the questions and to ensure that the responses closely reflect the reality of each issue raised by the deputies.
This type of improvement will make the process more challenging for administrators, but it ensures flexibility and adaptability to the actual developments of each questioning session.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man presided over a meeting with relevant agencies to review preparations for the question-and-answer session at the 36th meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
The Speaker of the National Assembly also agreed to focus the questioning within the selected scope and areas, ensuring it is relevant and prioritized, within the allotted time of no more than one minute, and only asking one question at a time.
During the questioning, he suggested that National Assembly deputies should avoid focusing on specific issues and incidents.
According to the Speaker of the National Assembly, through the question-and-answer sessions, voters and the public will assess the competence of government members, ministers, and heads of departments.
He suggested that ministers and heads of departments continue to build on their experience in answering questions during previous interpellation sessions, using methods, approaches, and content that meet the requirements of National Assembly deputies, voters, and the people.
