Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man .
The question and answer session is scheduled for August 21-22, with the question content focusing on two groups of areas.
The first group of fields includes: Agriculture and rural development, industry and trade, natural resources and environment, culture, sports and tourism. The questioning time for this group is about 190 minutes.
The second group of fields includes: Justice; internal affairs; security, order, social safety, inspection, court, and prosecution, with a duration of about 250 minutes.
The question and answer session will be broadcast live on radio and television for voters and people to follow and monitor.
At the meeting, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man requested careful preparation from early on, from afar, so that the question and answer session meets the requirements and plans set out. Mr. Man emphasized that the question and answer session is always a supervisory activity that voters, people, National Assembly deputies and the press are interested in and follow.
The National Assembly Chairman agreed with the suggestions not to divide specific answering time for each minister and industry head, to reduce pressure on those answering questions, as well as to ensure adherence to the reality of each issue raised by delegates.
Improvements in this direction will be more difficult for management, but ensure flexibility and suitability to the actual developments of each questioning session.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man chaired a meeting with agencies to review preparations for the question-and-answer session at the 36th meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
The National Assembly Chairman also agreed to focus on questioning within the selected field, ensuring the right focus, key points, and the right time of no more than 1 minute and asking only one question.
When questioning, he suggested that National Assembly delegates should avoid going into specific issues and incidents.
According to the National Assembly Chairman, through the question and answer sessions, voters and people will evaluate the capacity of Government members, ministers, and industry leaders.
He suggested that ministers and heads of sectors continue to promote their experience in answering questions at previous question and answer sessions, and have methods, approaches, and content to answer that meet the requirements of National Assembly deputies, voters, and people.
