On the afternoon of November 26th, the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City held the opening ceremony for the thematic exhibition "The Revolutionary Path - Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China."
The exhibition displays 370 documents, images, and artifacts categorized into five main themes: the early days of organizational development; a shared hatred and resistance against foreign invaders; mutual support and close relationships; the spirit of friendship and eternal glory; and an introduction to the revolutionary activities of Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh in China.
Among them are 24 artifacts from 16 witnesses and authors received by the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue on this occasion. Many works of art with profound artistic value and meaning were respectfully donated by witnesses and artists, such as: 3 wood sculptures by artisan Tran Van Ngo; the musical work "Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ho Chi Minh" by musician and Distinguished Educator Tran Duc; the calligraphy work on lotus leaves "Van Thung Me Thanh" by calligrapher Vo Van Thuong (Nhat Chi Mai), donated by Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuong Thoai; and 17 ceramic art works with the theme "Hue with Uncle Ho."
According to Ms. Le Thuy Chi, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City, after being researched and having their scientific documentation completed, all donated documents and artifacts will be carefully preserved in the museum's storage facility, becoming an important source of information for exhibitions and contributing to spreading the enduring values of President Ho Chi Minh's legacy to the general public. Each year, the museum receives dozens of valuable documents and artifacts, enriching its identity and vitality.

Student Cao Hoang Bao Chau (Department of Chinese Language, University of Foreign Languages, Hue University) shared that she was very interested in viewing and learning about the visual materials of President Ho Chi Minh, which were clearly presented in the space of the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue city.
The documents, annotated in both Vietnamese and Chinese, not only clarify Uncle Ho's revolutionary activities in China but also provide an opportunity for me to learn vocabulary through historical knowledge.
According to Dr. Pham Thi Thanh Mai, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City, President Ho Chi Minh was a close friend of the Communist Party and people of China. During his journey to find a way to save the country, he spent a considerable amount of time working in China.
Throughout China, there are indelible marks, reflecting the unwavering struggle for the revolutionary cause of President Ho Chi Minh, along with glorious moments of shoulder-to-shoulder combat between the people of Vietnam and China.
This marks the beginning of a tradition of solidarity, friendship, and close cooperation between the people of Vietnam and China. The exhibition is organized based on the Agreement on Research Cooperation and Cultural Exchange between the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Guangdong Revolutionary History Museum (China) for the period 2024-2028.
Taking place in the context of implementing the spirit of the Vietnam-China Joint Statement and continuing to inherit and promote the traditional friendship between the two countries, the event conveys the message: The steadfast, strong friendship, shoulder to shoulder in the revolutionary cause and national construction between Vietnam and China, painstakingly built and nurtured by President Ho Chi Minh, Chairman Mao Zedong, and other pioneering leaders, is a precious asset that the two Parties, two States, and the people of the two countries need to "inherit well, protect well, and promote well."
Through this, viewers not only learn about President Ho Chi Minh's journey in China but also gain a deeper understanding of the enduring friendship between the two countries.
The thematic exhibition "The Revolutionary Path - Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China" will conclude in January 2026.
