The 2024 thematic exhibition of handicrafts, OCOP products, and typical rural industrial products in the rattan, bamboo, and sedge weaving, and horn handicraft industries is the third event in a series of thematic exhibitions of handicrafts, OCOP products, and typical rural industrial products at the "Capital City OCOP Product Exhibition, Introduction and Promotion Point" in 2024, organized by the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade under the direction of the Hanoi City People's Committee.
This is a thematic exhibition aimed at showcasing, introducing, promoting, and connecting trade for new and innovative handicraft products and designs in the rattan, bamboo, and sedge weaving industries, as well as horn handicrafts, created by young artisans, experts, and designers in Hanoi.
The exhibition will help businesses and rural industrial production facilities in the rattan, bamboo, and sedge weaving - horn handicraft industries in Hanoi to learn, understand, and put these designs into practical production, as well as develop new products from these designs to meet market demands.
Spanning approximately 500 square meters , the exhibition will showcase over 350 unique and creative handicraft and traditional village products. The exhibition space will be designed with an open concept to enhance aesthetics and create a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for visitors and businesses.
This is an opportunity for the public, those who love and are interested in handicrafts in general and rattan, bamboo, reed, and horn handicrafts in particular, to admire typical, unique, and aesthetically valuable works created by the skillful hands of artisans and craftsmen.

Moreover, visitors can experience the production process of traditional and modern rattan and bamboo weaving, reed and grass weaving, and horn handicrafts; learn about the history of rattan and bamboo weaving, reed and grass weaving, and horn handicrafts; and participate in promotional activities to connect and trade rattan and bamboo weaving, reed and grass weaving, horn handicrafts, and other typical products.
