On the morning of August 1, the opening ceremony of the Special Exhibition of handicraft products, OCOP, typical rural industries such as rattan and bamboo weaving, te grass, and fine art horns in 2024 took place.

The thematic exhibition of handicraft products, OCOP, typical rural industries in the rattan and bamboo weaving, guot co te, and fine art horns in 2024 is the third event in a series of thematic exhibitions of handicraft products, OCOP and typical rural industries at the "Capital OCOP Product Display, Introduction and Promotion Point" in 2024, organized by Hanoi City and assigned by the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade.

This is a specialized exhibition to display, introduce, promote and connect trade of new and creative handicraft products and designs in the bamboo and rattan industry, and fine art horns by artisans, experts and young designers in Hanoi.

The exhibition will help businesses and rural industrial production facilities in the rattan and bamboo weaving, te grass - fine art horns sectors in Hanoi to learn, research and put these designs into actual production, as well as from these designs develop new products of the business to meet market requirements.

With a scale of about 500 m2 , the Exhibition displays and introduces over 350 samples of handicraft products, creative and unique craft villages. The exhibition space will be designed and decorated in an open space, to increase aesthetics and a comfortable, friendly feeling for visitors and traders.

This is an opportunity for the public, those who love and are interested in the handicraft industry in general and the bamboo and rattan weaving industry, and the fine art horns and grass products in particular, to admire typical, unique works of high aesthetic value created by the talented hands of artisans and skilled workers.

Coming to the exhibition, artisans and individuals will have the opportunity to study, learn and exchange experiences while connecting with the typical handicraft community, and at the same time put these designs into actual production, meeting market requirements, especially the export market.
