Chairman of the Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union Trinh To Tam said that the Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union is currently managing over 28,000 union members, workers and civil servants (CNVCLĐ) with 113 affiliated grassroots trade unions.

Over the past years, the staff and trade unions at all levels of the Capital Health Sector have strived to compete in labor, study and work, with dedication, creativity, and continuous comprehensive innovation, improving medical ethics and professional qualifications.

Many emulation movements launched by the Industry Union achieved high results such as "Good people, good deeds", "Good workers, creative workers", " Scientific research, creative initiatives", "Good at public affairs, good at housework", "Industrial cultural lifestyle"...

In particular, movements with specific industry characteristics have practical significance and are widely responded to and participated in by employees.

For example, "Innovating the style and service attitude of medical staff towards patient satisfaction" associated with "Building green - clean - beautiful medical facilities"; building "Loyal, creative, dedicated, exemplary" cadres, civil servants and public employees associated with continuing to promote studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh.

The individuals honored and rewarded in 2024 are typical exemplary factors selected and evaluated from the grassroots to the industry level.

The Chairman of the Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union hopes that the individuals who have been honored and rewarded will continue to promote their achievements and results, constantly strive to replicate many other typical and outstanding examples, contributing more beautiful flowers to the movement and general emulation achievements of the capital's health sector.

At the conference, 24 trade union officials of the Capital Health Sector received the Commemorative Medal for the cause of building trade union organizations in 2024 from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

The Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union honored and rewarded 48 doctors, nurses, and technicians working at units of the Hanoi Health Sector who are the authors of initiatives and creativity in the "Initiatives and Creativity" movement of the Capital Health Sector in 2024; and rewarded 195 exemplary officials of the Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union in 2024.
