Specifically, in Decision No. 793/QD-TTg dated August 5, 2024, the Prime Minister decided to impose a disciplinary measure in the form of a Warning against Mr. Le Thanh Cung, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, and former Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province for the term 2011-2016 (from December 2011 to February 2015), due to violations and shortcomings in his work, for which the Central Inspection Committee had already imposed disciplinary action within the Party. The disciplinary action takes effect from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1539-QD/UBKTTW dated June 24, 2024, of the Central Inspection Committee.
In Decision No. 794/QD-TTg dated August 5, 2024, the Prime Minister decided to impose a disciplinary measure in the form of a Warning against Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, and former Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province for the terms 2011-2016 and 2016-2021 (from August 2014 to August 2019) due to violations and shortcomings in his work, for which the Central Inspection Committee had already imposed disciplinary action within the Party; the disciplinary action takes effect from the date of announcement of Decision No. 1538-QD/UBKTTW dated June 24, 2024, of the Central Inspection Committee.
