Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company, stock code: HTP, formerly Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Enterprise under the Education Publishing House - Ministry of Education and Training, was established in 1996.
HTP operates in the following fields: printing textbooks, books, newspapers and magazines, packaging products, and socio-economic management documents; manufacturing and trading various products: lined paper, student notebooks, notebook labels and stationery; importing printing equipment and supplies for production and business; trading printing equipment and supplies; contract transportation of goods and passengers; real estate; and book trading.
The company currently has a registered capital of over 918 billion VND.
Regarding business performance, in 2023, HTP achieved net revenue of over 101 billion VND (a 20.5% increase compared to the same period in 2022), and after-tax profit of over 5.1 billion VND (a 4.4-fold increase compared to the same period last year).
By the end of Q2/2024, HTP's net revenue reached over 1.3 billion VND (a sharp decrease compared to the same period in 2023, which was nearly 48 billion VND), and its after-tax loss was over 72.8 billion VND (compared to the same period in 2023, which was nearly 2.8 billion VND).
On August 9th, over 91.8 million HTP shares will officially begin trading on the UPCoM market at HNX, with a reference price of 5,600 VND per share on the first trading day.
Previously, on July 11, 2024, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the delisting of HTP shares of Hoa Phat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company from July 29, 2024, with the last trading day on HNX being July 26, 2024.
HNX stated that the reason for delisting was that HTP shares did not meet the listing requirements due to corporate restructuring, falling under the category of mandatory delisting according to regulations.
