Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) continues to open a new generation branch in Binh Duong - gradually completing the strategy of expanding scale and improving customer experience in key economic regions in the South. In less than 2 weeks, Techcombank has put into operation 8 new branches nationwide, including 3 in the South, a clear demonstration of its strong execution speed and commitment to continuously improving customer experience.

Techcombank Binh Duong Branch is one of 19 key headquarters nationwide to be invested in comprehensive transformation in the second quarter of 2025, following an operating model towards new generation banking standards in Vietnam, taking technology as the foundation, customer focus and standardizing services according to international standards.
With an open, modern, and friendly design, the branch space creates a comfortable and convenient feeling for customers when coming to make transactions. Each functional area is fully integrated with advanced technology solutions such as e-Signature, iDO, eKYC..., helping to simplify the process, minimize manual operations and waiting time for customers. Digitizing the process will also help reduce the pressure of processing paper documents for branch staff, contributing to optimizing the consulting and customer care capacity of bank employees.
