Recorded on Oilprice at 4:30 a.m. on April 30, 2025 (Vietnam time), Brent oil price was at 64.30 USD/barrel, down 2.52% (equivalent to a decrease of 1.66 USD/barrel).

Similarly, WTI oil price was at 60.50 USD/barrel, down 2.51% (equivalent to a decrease of 1.56 USD/barrel).

Brent crude futures fell $1.27, or 1.9%, to $64.59 a barrel by 1303 GMT. U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude fell $1.07, or 1.7%, to $60.98 a barrel.

Barclays (BARC.L) on Monday lowered its 2025 Brent price forecast by $4 to $70 a barrel, citing rising trade tensions and a shift in OPEC+ production strategy as factors contributing to a 1 million barrel-per-day oil surplus this year.

Meanwhile, sources told Reuters last week that some members of OPEC+, which includes the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies, will propose a second consecutive output increase in June.

"Another OPEC+ production increase could not come at a worse time as market sentiment is already weak, and with Kazakhstan showing little interest in cutting production, a well-supplied market is what we can expect in the second half of the year," said Saxo Bank's Hansen.

Kazakhstan increased oil exports by 7 percent year-on-year to 19.52 million tonnes (1.63 million barrels per day) in January-March thanks to increased supplies via the Caspian pipeline, official data and sources calculated by Reuters showed on Tuesday.

Domestic gasoline prices today April 30, 2025

Domestic retail gasoline prices on April 30, 2025 will be applied according to the adjustment session from 3:00 p.m. on April 24 by the Ministry of Finance - Ministry of Industry and Trade.

Specifically, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline increased by VND740/liter, to VND19,238/liter; RON 95 gasoline increased by VND782/liter, to VND19,638/liter.

Similarly, the price of diesel 0.05S: Increased by 487 VND/liter, to 17,520 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 531 VND/liter, to 17,715 VND/liter; mazut 180CST 3.5S increased by 564 VND/kg, to 16,524 VND/kg.

In this management period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance did not set aside or use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for E5RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, and mazut oil.

Thus, from the beginning of 2025 to now, domestic gasoline prices have undergone 17 adjustment sessions, including 7 decrease sessions, 7 increase sessions and 3 opposite sessions.
