This feature will help premium customers receive information about exclusive privileges and quickly find programs and policies.
With the latest SHB Mobile update, after successfully logging in, the main interface will display the ranking information of premium customers. By tapping on that notification box, customers can proactively read all detailed offers and privileges they are entitled to anytime, anywhere, thus avoiding the need to search for data again from the website, email, call the hotline, or communicate with customer relationship managers.
Besides saving time, instant identification on the SHB Mobile app makes the experience of premium customers on the digital channel more seamless and convenient, helping customers quickly identify and utilize exclusive offers and privileges including fee waivers, superior overdraft limits, unlimited access to the business lounge at Noi Bai Airport, and discounted costs when registering for a premium account number.
To become a premium customer of SHB, customers only need to meet one of the following conditions: a term deposit balance of at least VND 1 billion, a loan balance of at least VND 3 billion, or an average current account balance (CASA) of at least VND 100 million during the evaluation period, along with other criteria as stipulated by the Bank in each period.
A representative from SHB stated that the value of premium privileges is now not limited to traditional financial product packages but extends to a diverse range of financial and non-financial services and attentive customer care. Therefore, this new feature will help customers not miss out on offers, enjoy premium privileges, enable them to make sound financial decisions, and affirm their status.
According to economic experts, it is projected that by 2025, Vietnam will have approximately 500 individuals with assets exceeding $30 million and nearly 26,000 individuals with assets of $1 million or more. The wealthy class in Vietnam is expanding rapidly, driven by a growing demand for high-end financial services and experiences.
