With the latest SHB Mobile update, after successfully logging in, the main interface will display the ranking information of premium customers. When touching that notification box, customers will proactively read all the incentives and detailed privileges they enjoy anytime, anywhere, thereby avoiding having to search for data from the website, email, call the hotline or talk to a customer relations specialist.
In addition to saving time, identification right on the SHB Mobile application helps the premium customer experience on the digital channel become more seamless and convenient, helping customers quickly recognize and use specially designed incentives and privileges including free fees, superior overdraft limits, unlimited use of the business lounge at Noi Bai airport, and cost incentives when registering for a beautiful account number.
To become a premium customer of SHB, customers only need to meet one of the following conditions: term deposit balance from 1 billion VND, outstanding debt from 3 billion VND or average non-term deposit balance (CASA) in the assessment period from 100 million VND or more along with a number of other criteria according to the Bank's regulations in each period.
SHB representative said that the value of premium privileges is now not only limited to traditional financial product packages but also diversified with financial and non-financial services, attentive customer care. Therefore, the new feature will help customers not miss out on incentives, enjoy classy privileges to help customers make reasonable financial decisions and affirm their position.
According to economic experts, it is expected that by 2025, Vietnam will have about 500 people owning assets of over 30 million USD and nearly 26,000 people with assets of 1 million USD or more.
