Accordingly, the company has proactively developed a power supply plan, ensuring a reasonable grid connection method and power source. At the same time, it has directed its affiliated units to conduct a general review of the entire power grid; strengthen day and night inspections of power lines and transformer stations using modern specialized equipment such as thermal cameras, partial discharge measuring devices, etc. to promptly detect and fix problems, especially in central areas, entertainment areas, and famous tourist attractions.

During the holiday, electrical operation and repair teams are deployed 24/7 at strategic locations. The on-duty and customer service departments are staffed to receive and promptly handle all incident information. Backup vehicles, materials and equipment are always ready to quickly handle incidents, helping to minimize power outage time.

At the Remote Control Center - the unit that operates the province's distribution grid and 12 unmanned 110kV transformer stations, during the holiday, the center maintained full shifts and closely monitored all operating parameters on the grid to minimize any incidents that may arise.

During the holidays, the company will not perform any work that requires stopping or reducing power supply, causing power outages for customers (from 0:00 on April 30 to 24:00 on May 4), except in cases of troubleshooting or force majeure. For important locations where political, cultural, and tourism activities take place, the company has directed units to prepare backup generators, ready to mobilize and support power supply when necessary.
