Launching a new digital Olympic community for everyone.

The program focuses primarily on the younger generation, with a new community being created with the goal of helping young people participate in “solving, activating, and creating in the spirit of Olympic values.”

The project introduces three new community-oriented initiatives: Solve Challenge integrates sport and the Olympics with Samsung's Solve for Tomorrow program, a youth-focused social responsibility program that empowers young people to design innovative solutions using sport and technology to address challenges, aligning with the International Olympic Committee's (IOC) Olympism365 priorities.

The Move Challenge encourages Olympic fans worldwide to move and walk more with their Samsung smartphones. The Create Challenge allows participants to be creative within a digital artist community using Samsung's smart devices and S Pen.

At the launch event, 10 outstanding young people representing the winning teams in Samsung's Solve for Tomorrow competitions held in various countries were announced as ambassadors for the project. Throughout the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the ambassadors will showcase the solutions they have created to address social challenges and strive to engage Olympic fans worldwide.

They will also collaborate with the International Olympic Committee's Young Leader program – as well as other diverse programs promoted by the International Olympic Committee – to address issues including advancing sustainable development.

At the launch event, the ambassadors shared projects from the Solve for Tomorrow competition designed to address practical problems. Many innovative solutions were presented, ranging from helping people overcome visual impairments to new ways to promote worker safety.

“Samsung Solve for Tomorrow empowers high school students with the courage to change the world,” said Ngan Huu Kim Le, representative of the US team that developed an environmental cleanup solution based on insect research. “It is an honor for us to participate and have the opportunity to present our solution to help build a brighter future for our planet at Paris 2024 alongside renowned athletes from around the world,” she added.
