Comrade Tran Thi Loc expressed her hope that through journalistic works, the culture, people, potential, advantages, and positive achievements that Bac Kan province has attained since its formation will be promoted. She also encouraged, recognized, and honored professional and non-professional journalists who produce high-quality journalistic works with significant reach, contributing to improving the quality of information and propaganda about "The Land and People of Bac Kan".

To ensure the "Land and People of Bac Kan" journalism award achieves its objectives, Comrade Phuong Thi Thanh suggested that the organizing agency, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, should effectively promote the purpose and significance of the award to all participants after the launch program.
