Sharing the reason for organizing the party, Chef Sam Tran - the restaurant representative expressed: "The suppliers who have been with Gia for a long time, they deserve to enjoy the fruits of their labor in a completely different way. If for farmers or fishermen, their fruits are bountiful harvests... Now, the suppliers will be special guests, enjoying the fresh taste of Vietnamese agricultural products through creatively prepared dishes."

This is also an opportunity for suppliers to better understand the processing process, to feel how their ingredients make a difference in each dish. Each dish is not only a perfect combination of flavors and presentation but also contains an interesting story about the journey from farm to table.

The highlight of the party was the set menu served at dinner called “Golden Forest, Silver Sea”. This is the newest menu, and also the first menu at Gia using 100% local agricultural ingredients, spanning across provinces and cities in Vietnam. Each dish carries stories about local products, about the ingenuity of skilled farmers and fishermen… All create a harmonious “harmony” between forest and sea specialties; from there, creating unique, fresh dishes at Gia.

In addition, with the desire to bring more experiences to diners, the restaurant has created an area displaying items and ingredients following the theme of "Golden Forest, Silver Sea". Highlights here include a combination of herbs (also known as mixed vegetables) typical of Hanoi cuisine; vegetables commonly found in meals of people in the Southwest, or seafood from the coastal regions of the North.

Chef Sam Tran expressed to the special guests - agricultural suppliers: "This menu is created by us, so it is not right if only Gia's team and customers enjoy it. Today's dinner is on behalf of Gia to send the most sincere thanks to you, for accompanying Gia and Vietnamese cuisine".
Gia restaurant representative also emphasized: “This gratitude event is something Gia has cherished for a long time. Understanding more about what both sides are doing is the “key” to developing together, improving product quality and bringing the best culinary experiences to customers”.
After nearly 4 years of operation, Gia restaurant has built and maintained a system of suppliers and sustainable partners across the country, to come together to experience the most complete cuisine.
