Sharing the reason for organizing the party, Chef Sam Tran - representing the restaurant - expressed: “Our loyal suppliers deserve to enjoy the fruits of their labor in a completely different way. For farmers and fishermen, their reward is a bountiful harvest… Now, these suppliers will be special guests, enjoying the fresh taste of Vietnamese agricultural products through creatively prepared dishes.”

This is also an opportunity for suppliers to better understand the processing methods and appreciate how their ingredients make a difference in each dish. Each dish is not only a perfect combination of flavor and presentation but also contains a fascinating story about the journey from farm to table.

The highlight of the party was the dinner set menu titled "Golden Forest, Silver Sea." This is the newest menu, and the first at Gia, to use 100% local agricultural products from across Vietnam. Each dish tells a story about the local produce and the skill of the farmers and fishermen… All of this creates a harmonious blend of forest and sea specialties, resulting in unique and delicious dishes at Gia.

In addition, with the desire to provide more experiences for diners, the restaurant has created a display area showcasing items and ingredients in accordance with the theme "Golden Forest, Silver Sea". Highlights include a collection of herbs and spices (also known as mixed vegetables) characteristic of Hanoi cuisine ; vegetables commonly found in meals of people in the Southwest region; and a seafood section sourced from coastal areas in the North.

Chef Sam Tran expressed to the special guests – the agricultural product suppliers: “This menu was created by us all, so it would be unfair if only the Gia team and our customers could enjoy it. Tonight's dinner is Gia's way of expressing our most sincere gratitude to you all for your companionship with Gia and with Vietnamese cuisine.”
A representative from Gia restaurant further emphasized: “This appreciation event is something Gia has been planning for a long time. Understanding what both sides are doing is the key to mutual development, improving product quality, and providing the best possible culinary experiences for our customers.”
After nearly four years of operation, Gia Restaurant has built and maintained a sustainable network of suppliers and partners across the country, allowing everyone to enjoy the most complete culinary experience.
