The 24th session of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council considered many important contents including: Proposal on allocation of public investment plan with local budget capital for 5 years 2021-2025 and 2024 from the provincial budget; Decision on investment policy for 9 public investment projects; promulgation of policies to support land for community activities, residential land, agricultural land, and production and business land for ethnic minorities in Hai Duong province; Review and decide on amendments and supplements to the Land Price List for the period 2020-2024 in Hai Duong province; Review and promulgate the list of public service services using the state budget in the field of natural resources and environment in Hai Duong province; Review and decide on tasks and zoning plans for the construction of industrial parks: Hung Dao (Tu Ky), Hoang Dieu (Gia Loc) and Tan Truong expansion (Cam Giang). The 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council also passed resolutions confirming the results of the dismissal of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the termination of the duties of the Provincial People's Council delegate for the 17th term, 2021-2026, for Mr. Trieu The Hung due to a job transfer. Previously, on July 24, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved Mr. Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Culture and Education Committee of the 15th National Assembly from August 1. The Hai Duong Provincial People's Council also plans to hold a special session to complete the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in September 2024.
