At the subordinate units of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, strictly maintain the number of troops on duty, ready forces and mobile vehicles to carry out tasks when ordered.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Bui Van Duong, Commander of the Mong Cai City Military Command, the unit has developed a combat readiness plan to protect activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 / April 30, 2025); closely coordinating with local functional forces to safely protect important targets, preparing forces and means to promptly handle situations, avoiding being surprised.

Officers and soldiers of the Tra Co Ward Militia Squad regularly coordinate with patrol forces to maintain political security and social order and safety in the area.

At the Standing Militia Squad of Tra Co Ward, Hai Hoa Ward (Mong Cai City), the units maintained 100% of their personnel. Comrade Vy Van Tai, Squad Leader of the Standing Militia Squad of Tra Co Ward said: “The post has the correct and sufficient personnel according to regulations. Our task is to be on duty and be on standby 24/7. We regularly organize drills on standby plans to help the standing militia force not be passive or surprised in any situation; thereby, raising the vigilance of the militia force performing standby tasks, especially during the peak of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. At the same time, we increase patrols to fight and prevent subjects with violations and encroachments on border sovereignty...”.

Officers and soldiers of the Hai Hoa Ward Militia Squad (Mong Cai City) strictly maintain the number of soldiers on duty.

As for the Military Command of Ha Long City, the unit stationed in the area which is the political - economic - cultural - social center of Quang Ninh province, protecting political security and social order and safety in the area, especially activities on the occasion of April 30 and May 1, officers and soldiers of the City Military Command determined that the combat readiness task is of top priority.

The Military Command of Uong Bi City (Military Command of Quang Ninh Province) coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city and Thanh Son Ward to inaugurate a residential road at Group 2, Zone 10, Thanh Son Ward, Uong Bi City with a value of 350 million VND. This is a project to welcome   50th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day

Not only in the Military Command of Mong Cai city and Ha Long city, the Provincial Military Command has developed a plan, seriously implemented it, ensuring the spirit of being on standby to protect security and safety before, during and after the holidays, directing the provincial military units to strictly comply with regulations on forces, means, weapons and equipment to ensure absolute safety in the area. Along with that, proactively grasp the situation in the area and the border, islands, especially the localities: Binh Lieu, Hai Ha, Van Don, Co To, Mong Cai and key areas. Organize training on standby plans on-site, protect warehouses, barracks, fire and explosion prevention plans, forest fires, maintain a force ready to mobilize to handle situations.
