At the meeting, the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission unanimously voted to elect Major General Khong Van Minh, full-time member of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission for the 2020-2025 term.

Also at the meeting, the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission reviewed and proposed disciplinary action against 7 individuals who violated the law. Opinions at the meeting unanimously assessed that the violations were serious and affected the prestige of the Army. The Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission reviewed, voted, and unanimously proposed that the Central Military Commission's Standing Committee and the Ministry of National Defense take disciplinary action against 7 soldiers who violated the law.

In his concluding remarks, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet assessed the opinions contributed at the meeting very closely and objectively; clearly analyzed the nature and extent of each violation and closely followed the regulations of the Party and the Army. The proposed forms of discipline were both strict and severe, and humane and educational for the violating soldiers.

Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet requested the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission to absorb the comments contributed at the meeting; urgently complete the documents to report to the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission; at the same time, he noted that in the coming time, focusing on preparing for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission shall proactively grasp the situation, advise the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission and the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission to direct and guide Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels to effectively carry out inspection, supervision, timely handling and resolution of petitions, complaints, creating stability in agencies and units, contributing to leading and directing the preparation of all aspects and successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels.
