2024 University Admission Score Announcement Schedule

Candidates will know whether they are admitted or not by 5:00 p.m. on August 19 at the latest, that is, before 5:00 p.m. on August 19. From August 13 to 5:00 p.m. on August 17, 2024, the virtual filtering process will be conducted to determine the candidate's highest admission wish. Before 5:00 p.m. on August 27, candidates will confirm their first round of online admission on the system.

From August 28, schools will announce additional enrollment rounds. From September to December, schools will consider the next rounds, update the list of successful candidates and enroll according to regulations.

Some universities said they will announce admission scores as early as August 17.

In Hanoi, Hanoi Open University said that based on the number of applications and the quality of candidates, the school will announce the admission scores before 5:00 p.m. on August 19. Specifically, according to the latest announcement, the school will announce the admission results from August 17-18, 2024.

Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Banking Academy will announce admission results on August 17 or 18.

In the South, several schools said they also announced their admission scores on August 17, including Nha Trang University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance.

Many other schools set the time to announce the benchmark scores on August 18, such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology - VNU-HCM, Van Hien University, University of Natural Sciences - VNU-HCM, University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU-HCM, University of Economics and Law - VNU-HCM, University of Information Technology - VNU-HCM, International University - VNU-HCM, University of Economics - VNU-HCM, University of Transport - VNU-HCM, Banking University - VNU-HCM, Open University - HCM, Ton Duc Thang University, Van Lang University, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education.

The Academy of Finance will announce the 2024 benchmark scores for admission methods including admission of excellent students based on high school academic results, admission based on high school graduation results, admission combining international English certificates with 2024 high school graduation exam results and considering the results of the Hanoi National University's competency assessment test, and the University of Science and Technology's thinking assessment at the same time according to the general plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, no later than August 19, 2024.

Hanoi University of Industry said it will try to announce the benchmark scores before 5:00 p.m. on August 19.

National Economics University is expected to announce the benchmark scores on August 19.

A representative of Hanoi University of Civil Engineering said that the first round of successful candidates will be announced no later than August 19.

The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology also plans to announce the 2024 university admission scores on August 19.

Other schools in the South will also announce their benchmark scores on August 19, including: Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, and Saigon University.
