Accordingly, the Task Force is headed by Mr. Do Dinh Hong, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports . The Deputy Heads include: Ms. Tran Thi Van Anh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; Mr. Dao Xuan Dung, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department; and Ms. Pham Thi Thu Huyen, Deputy Chief of the City People's Committee Office. The Task Force consists of 12 members, all leaders from relevant departments, agencies, and units.
The Secretariat assisting the Organizing Committee consists of 14 members representing various departments, agencies, and units of the City.
The working group is tasked with advising the Organizing Committee on matters to be reported to the Steering Committee; directing, inspecting, and supervising the units organizing activities to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hanoi (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024) according to the Project and Plan of the Hanoi People's Committee, under the direction of the Standing Committee of the Party Central Committee, the Prime Minister , and the Steering Committee for organizing activities to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hanoi; and compiling and reporting to the Organizing Committee on the progress and any issues arising during the implementation of the task.
The Secretariat is responsible for compiling and proposing tasks for the Working Group to report to the Steering Committee on the implementation of activities commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hanoi (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024) according to the Project and Plan of the Hanoi People's Committee, under the direction of the Standing Committee of the Party Central Committee, the Prime Minister, and the Steering Committee for organizing activities commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hanoi; and compiling and reporting to the Working Group and the Organizing Committee on the progress and any issues arising during the implementation of the tasks.
The working group and the secretariat assisting the Organizing Committee shall be dissolved upon completion of their nhiệm vụ. The operating budget of the working group and the secretariat assisting the Organizing Committee shall be in accordance with current regulations. This decision takes effect from the date of signing.
