May 7, 1954 went down in world history with the Dien Bien Phu victory that "resounded throughout the five continents and shook the earth." It was a great feat of arms for our entire Party, army and people, ending the nine-year long resistance war against French colonialism.
Over the years, the Dien Bien Phu victory has forever been a shining symbol of revolutionary heroism; a pioneering flag for the national liberation movement, gaining independence and freedom for the Fatherland of the people of peace-loving countries around the world. From the Dien Bien Phu Campaign to the Ho Chi Minh Campaign in 1975, it was a proud historical journey of the Vietnamese people. The great victory in Spring 1975 was the crystallization of the will for independence, self-reliance, solidarity and strength of the entire Vietnamese people in the Ho Chi Minh era.
The special topic "From Dien Bien Phu Victory to the Great Victory of Spring 1975" displays 150 documentary photos in 3 parts: Dien Bien Phu Campaign in 1954, Ho Chi Minh Campaign in 1975, Economic development potential of Ho Chi Minh City and Dien Bien province.
The images in the special theme vividly and authentically recreate the heroic historical periods of the nation, helping today's generation look back at the glorious golden pages of history, pay tribute to the great contributions of their ancestors; at the same time, contribute to educating the tradition of patriotism and revolutionary spirit for the younger generation.

Meanwhile, the topic “The image of President Ho Chi Minh through the language of sculpture” introduces a collection of 10 sculptures of President Ho Chi Minh made by members of the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association. The works depict each historical period associated with his revolutionary life, expressing infinite love and deep gratitude for Uncle Ho - a lifelong example of cherishing everything, forgetting only himself.

Through the language of sculpture, the image of President Ho Chi Minh is depicted realistically and vividly. Although the creative style of each author is different, the works all exude simplicity and nobility, deeply expressing his moral example and style. The works after being displayed will be donated to the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City branch to preserve and promote their value.
