Accordingly, after the reorganization, the two hospitals will be named Hanoi Eye Hospital. The main hospital headquarters will be located at 37 Hai Ba Trung Street, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, and the branch will be at 2D Nguyen Viet Xuan Street, Quang Trung Ward, Ha Dong District.
After reorganization, Hanoi Eye Hospital will be a Grade II specialized hospital with a total of 250 beds. Of these, 125 beds will be allocated across two facilities.
The City People's Committee assigns the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs to coordinate with the Department of Health and other relevant departments and agencies to implement this decision in accordance with the law.
The Director of the Department of Health instructed the directors of Hanoi Eye Hospital (before reorganization), Ha Dong Eye Hospital, and relevant agencies and units under the department to compile statistics on the current number of officials and employees, operating budget, equipment, office premises, records, books, documents, debts, and other rights and obligations related to the organization and operation of the two hospitals in accordance with the law.
Following the reorganization, the director of Hanoi Eye Hospital has restructured the leadership and management positions of departments, specialized units, and other organizations according to their authority and hierarchical structure.
Establish specific regulations outlining the functions, duties, and powers of the departments and wards, as well as the hospital's operational procedures.
Develop job position plans and autonomy plans, and submit them to the competent authority for review and decision.
Simultaneously inheriting all related rights and obligations of the two previous hospitals. Proceeding with the procedures for revoking the seals and having new seals made in accordance with regulations.
Regarding transitional provisions, the current number of deputy hospital directors and deputy heads of departments, wards, and units within the hospital will remain unchanged for the time being.
The aforementioned leadership positions may only be filled when the number of personnel is less than the prescribed limit.
The rearrangement and reassignment of deputy positions to ensure compliance with regulations shall be carried out within a maximum period of 3 years from the date of reorganization, according to the authority and decentralization of power.
