A week after the final round of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024, Miss Le Hoang Phuong is still emotional when recalling her final steps as the reigning Miss Grand Vietnam 2023.

On stage, Le Hoang Phuong had more than 7 minutes to look back on a year since being crowned Miss Grand Vietnam. With the background music of the song We belong together - the song that the Khanh Hoa beauty has listened to every day since being crowned, Le Hoang Phuong shared the things she cherishes.

In a slit dress specially designed by designer Le Ngoc Lam, Le Hoang Phuong showed off her seductive catwalk steps. Each step made her emotional as she looked back on her journey. When her name was called out for the last time as Miss Grand Vietnam, the beauty fell to her knees and could not hold back her tears.

The beauty revealed that she and her crew had been carefully preparing for the final walk for the past 2 months. For her, it was a sacred moment that not only marked her 1 year in office but also her 10th anniversary of pursuing art.

"At first, I planned that my final walk would be a bit humorous and I wouldn't cry to keep a good image. But at the end, I wanted to follow my natural emotions and I didn't expect to cry so much. From the time I practiced until backstage, I couldn't hold back my tears. I proactively recorded my sharing so that no matter how emotional I was, it wouldn't affect me.

In 2022, there was a time when I wanted to give up, but my friends and family encouraged me to try my hand at a beauty contest one last time.

I never thought I would be named Miss, then continue to win the international runner-up title. When I was 18, I dreamed of appearing on the international stage and I never expected that 10 years later, that dream would come true," said Le Hoang Phuong.

The beauty queen said that when her name was called out for the last time on the Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 stage, she knelt down unconsciously without any prior planning, because that was her feeling of gratitude at that time.

"Like a film rewinding a year ago, I saw each familiar face on stage. I remember when I competed in Miss Grand Vietnam and Miss Grand International, backstage, the audience shouted my name so many times that I burst into tears.

I am grateful to those who have been with me for the past 10 years. I am also grateful to myself for having many times of pressure but not giving up," the beauty born in 1995 said.

Closing her journey as the reigning beauty queen, Le Hoang Phuong will focus more on her architectural business in the coming time. The beauty is also studying for a Master of Business Administration at Hutech University.

At the age of 28, Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 also has age pressure. She believes that this is a hidden pressure for her to try harder in her career. "I also think about getting married, but that is a story in the next 5 years. I hope that by then I will have a suitable other half for me," Le Hoang Phuong confided.

Le Hoang Phuong was born in 1995, from Khanh Hoa. She is 1.77m tall, with measurements of 87-63-94cm. She graduated from the Architecture Department at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. The beauty was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 and competed in Miss Grand International in the same year. At the contest, she won the 4th runner-up position. Le Hoang Phuong is currently the CEO of an architectural company.
