TPO - Binh Duong province is spending nearly 1,400 billion VND to upgrade a 12.7km stretch of National Highway 13 (from the Binh Duong welcome gate bordering Ho Chi Minh City to Thu Dau Mot City). After more than two years, the construction unit is still "waiting" because land clearance has not been completed and the power grid relocation has not been finished.
