Hanoi to build 5 schools in Duong Noi new urban area.

Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee decided to adjust and supplement the 2024 land use plan for Ha Dong district, which was approved by the Hanoi People's Committee in Decision No. 448/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2024 (adjusted and supplemented by Decision No. 2019/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2024), as follows: Adding 6 projects with a total area of ​​4.323 hectares.

The 6 projects are: Duong Noi New Urban Area, covering 0.38 hectares; Construction of a kindergarten on plot MG-02, covering 0.163 hectares, in Duong Noi New Urban Area;

Construction of a kindergarten on plot MG-03, covering 0.135 hectares, in the Duong Noi New Urban Area; Construction of a primary school on plot TH-02, covering 0.782 hectares, in the Duong Noi New Urban Area;

Construction of a primary school on plot TH-03, covering 1.069 hectares, in the Duong Noi New Urban Area; Construction of a primary and secondary school on plot TH-04, covering 1.804 hectares, in the Duong Noi New Urban Area.

All six projects are developed by Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company.

The legal basis for the 5 school projects is: Decision No. 126/QD-UBND dated January 18, 2008, of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province (formerly) to reclaim land and allocate land to Nam Cuong Trading and Tourism Company Limited (now Nam Cuong Hanoi Group Joint Stock Company) to implement the investment project to build Duong Noi New Urban Area (phase 1);

The project received investment approval from the Hanoi People's Committee in Decision No. 3792/QD-UBND dated June 23, 2017, and adjustments to the investment policy in Decisions No. 2771/QD-UBND dated May 27, 2019, No. 1183/QD-UBND dated April 6, 2022, and No. 2951/QD-UBND dated June 6, 2024; the project implementation schedule is in the fourth quarter of 2026...

Other provisions in Decision No. 448/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2024 and Decision No. 2019/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2024 of the Hanoi People's Committee remain in effect.
