Domestic coffee prices, updated at 4:30 AM on August 12, 2024, according to www.giacaphe.com, remain stable compared to yesterday, ranging from 118,600 to 119,300 VND/kg. The average purchase price in the Central Highlands provinces is currently 119,200 VND/kg, with the highest prices in Dak Lak and Dak Nong provinces at 119,300 VND/kg.

Coffee prices today, August 12, 2024: Trading below 120,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, the purchase price of coffee in Gia Lai province (Chu Prong) is 119,100 VND/kg, while in Pleiku and La Grai it is 119,000 VND/kg; in Kon Tum province, coffee is purchased at 119,100 VND/kg; and in Dak Nong province, coffee is purchased at the highest price of 119,300 VND/kg.

In Lam Dong province, in districts such as Bao Loc, Di Linh, and Lam Ha, the price of bulk green coffee beans (green coffee beans, fresh coffee beans) is 118,600 VND/kg.

Today, August 12th, coffee prices in Dak Lak province are being purchased at approximately 119,300 VND/kg; in Cu M'gar district, coffee is being purchased at approximately 119,200 VND/kg, while in Ea H'leo district and Buon Ho town, the same price is 119,200 VND/kg.

At the close of trading on August 12, 2024, at 4:30 PM, Robusta coffee prices on the London exchange fell to between $3,888 and $4,326 per ton. Specifically, the September 2024 delivery contract was $4,326 per ton (down $110 per ton); the November 2024 delivery contract was $4,162 per ton (down $91 per ton); the January 2025 delivery contract was $4,019 per ton (down $95 per ton); and the March 2025 delivery contract was $3,888 per ton (down $91 per ton).

Arabica coffee prices on the New York exchange on the morning of August 12, 2024, decreased from 224.65 to 234.05 cents/lb. Specifically, the September 2024 delivery contract was 234.05 cents/lb (down 4.59%); the December 2024 contract was 230.25 cents/lb (down 3.80%); the March 2025 contract was 226.80 cents/lb (down 3.61%); and the May 2025 contract was 224.65 cents/lb, down 3.33%.

Brazilian Arabica coffee prices fell sharply on the morning of August 12, 2024. Specifically, the September 2024 delivery contract was $290.35/ton, down 0.12%; the December 2024 contract was $283.00/ton (down 3.90%); the March 2025 contract was $276.95/ton, down 3.90%; and the May 2025 contract was $273.00/ton (down 3.62%).
