DTO - On March 29, at the Gymnasium of the Provincial High School for Gifted Students, Sports Training and Competition, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a Sports Tournament to celebrate the 79th anniversary of Vietnam Sports Traditional Day in 2025. Comrade Huynh Thi Hoai Thu - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism attended.

Nearly 200 athletes from various units participated in the tournament.

The tournament attracted nearly 200 athletes from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and its affiliated units; Department of Education and Training, Bao Viet Dong Thap Company, Dong Thap Lottery Company Limited; Cultural - Sports and Broadcasting Centers: Cao Lanh City, Sa Dec City, Tam Nong, Thanh Binh, Cao Lanh, Chau Thanh, Lap Vo districts.

Pickleball matches take place at the Provincial High School for Gifted, Sports Training and Competition Gymnasium

At the tournament, athletes competed in petanque and pickleball in a round-robin format, selecting the best teams (pairs) to enter the "knock-out" round to determine the final ranking. In the spirit of "sports - solidarity - honesty - nobility", athletes from all units competed enthusiastically and attractively. The Organizing Committee held the closing ceremony and presented awards to honor individuals and groups with high achievements.

The tournament is an opportunity for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and coaches of units to exchange sports, improve health, and share work experiences, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.
