This is an important political and ideological activity, the first step in concretizing the implementation of Directive No. 42-CT/TW in Dong Thap province.

In the afternoon of the same day, Party committees and organizations organized for cadres and Party members to discuss basic contents on education on diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality and selflessness at Party cells, local Party committees and units.

On this occasion, People's Teacher, Associate Professor, Doctor, Major General Nguyen Ba Duong presented the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee with books on the topics of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, building a people's heart in the cause of defending the Fatherland, identifying and fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints, and protecting the Party's ideological foundation.
