This afternoon, April 15, the Organizing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee organized a training course on Party building and organization for nearly 200 students who are staff members of Party building and organization from the provincial to grassroots levels.

During the course, students were taught two topics: Theoretical and practical issues on the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus of the current political system. New points on the Regulations on implementing the Party Charter; Directives on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress and some new documents on personnel work and personnel policies.

These are the key and central contents of Party building and organization work selected to train the staff of Party building and organization work advisors from the provincial to grassroots levels.

Thereby, it aims to promptly equip students with basic knowledge, update new documents of the Central Committee on Party building and organization work to apply in practice at localities and units, especially at the time of rearranging the apparatus at all levels according to urgent requirements of the Central Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In addition, imparting experience and skills in advising and solving problems for cadres, civil servants and public employees working in Party building and organization. Guiding, handling and answering questions and problems arising in the practice of Party building.
