On August 8th, FWD Vietnam Life Insurance was honored with a complete set of four prestigious HR awards in Asia for 2024 at the HR Asia Awards.
The HR Asia Awards – “Best Workplace in Asia” is an annual human resources award presented by HR Asia Magazine. According to HR Asia’s 2024 survey and report, FWD Vietnam Life Insurance Company’s workplace continues to have a significantly higher employee engagement index compared to the market across all three main survey categories: Core Values (culture and ethics, leadership and organization, operational initiatives), Self (emotional, rational, and spiritual engagement), and Group (thoughts, feelings, and actions).
