Continue to attract investment and expand production of key industries of the province such as petrochemical, chemical and petrochemical product processing; electricity production and supply industry; mechanical, electronic and metal production industry... Focus on developing industrial zones and clusters; promote the development of traditional handicraft products with good consumption markets, associated with tourism development. Focus on developing agriculture in the direction of specialization, large scale associated with high value-added processing, especially agricultural production in the direction of organic, clean agriculture, circular agriculture.
