Attending at the Hue City Party Committee bridge were Party Central Committee member, City Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council, Head of the Hue City National Assembly Delegation Le Truong Luu; Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Pham Duc Tien; comrades of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; former Party Central Committee members; City Party Committee members, members of the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission, leaders of departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city, city-level organizations; and central agencies and units located in the area.

At the Hue City People's Committee bridge, there were Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee, Secretary of the City People's Committee Party Committee Nguyen Van Phuong; Standing members of the City People's Committee Party Committee, leaders of affiliated Party Committees and Party cells, reporters, inspection committee, Steering Committee 35 and representatives of specialized agencies.

This conference is considered an important political event, aiming to ensure unity in perception and action; continue to effectively streamline and reorganize the apparatus, creating a premise for the preparation of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Delegates attending at the City People's Committee bridge point

At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivered a presentation on the topic "On the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; new points in the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementation of the Party's Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; new points in the draft political report; new points in the draft report on the 5-year implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026-2030".

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered a speech on the topic "On amending the Constitution and laws; directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term".

Head of the Central Organization Committee Le Minh Hung delivered a presentation on the topic "On continuing to streamline the organization, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency; amending and supplementing regulations implementing the Party Charter; Directive amending Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term".

Speaking at the conference, General Secretary To Lam emphasized that the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee is historic, deciding on important, breakthrough issues, new revolutionary stages, creating new momentum, new impetus for the cause of comprehensive innovation, bringing the country into a new era of development. On the basis of absolute unity, the Central Committee issued Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 with many particularly important contents, focusing on two groups of issues, continuing to streamline the apparatus, arrange administrative units, organize two-level local governments and prepare for the 14th National Congress of the Party.

“The policies are clear, the development plans and roadmap are specific. After the conference, Party committees and organizations at all levels are responsible for continuing to study, fully and thoroughly grasp the contents and develop specific action plans and programs. It is required to determine the highest political determination in leading and directing the implementation of the resolution; all levels are closely and resolutely in leading, directing and informing cadres and Party members, fully and deeply understanding the importance of the policies, creating unity within the Party and spreading to the whole society. Implementing tasks in the spirit of "running and lining up at the same time", but need to be cautious, certain, not hasty, subjective, have priority order, do each job firmly.
