Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Head of the Agency, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation of Party Agencies delivered a speech directing the Conference.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Head of the Agency, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation of Party Agencies emphasized the great role of digital transformation in the development of the country. Vietnam must catch up with the train of the 4th Industrial Revolution without delay. This raises the question of whether we dare to go into the new, go straight into modernity? Do we dare to give up small benefits, personal benefits to simplify administrative procedures, reduce hassles, harassment, transparency to bring the country into a new era, an era of national prosperity? Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc asked.
He said that General Secretary To Lam had a very important article about digital transformation on the National Day (September 2, 2024): Digital transformation - an important driving force for the development of productive forces, perfecting production relations, bringing the country into a new era , including the following passage: We are facing the need for a revolution with strong and comprehensive reforms to adjust production relations, creating new momentum for development. That is the digital transformation revolution, applying science and technology to restructure production relations in accordance with the remarkable progress of productive forces. Digital transformation is not simply the application of digital technology to socio-economic activities, but also the process of establishing a new, advanced and modern mode of production - "digital production mode", in which the characteristic of productive forces is the harmonious combination of humans and artificial intelligence; data becomes a resource, becomes an important means of production; At the same time, production relations also have profound changes, especially in the form of ownership and distribution of digital means of production . Then, on December 22, 2024, General Secretary To Lam signed and issued Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation with very fundamental solutions. These are very important foundations to bring the country into the digital age, the era of national development.
Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc said that recently, for the Central Inspection Commission, General Secretary To Lam and Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, in each working session, reminded about the digital transformation work in the Inspection Sector, moving towards the goal: "Inspection on data, supervision on data". He also reminded that the implementation of Resolution 57 in some places and in some cases is still slow, the reason is that "awareness is not up to the mark, solutions are not bold". Currently, the Central Inspection Commission is actively deploying operating and operational software, software for managing digitalized archives, software for managing complaints, denunciations, and reflections... equipping all leaders and staff of the Agency with Digital Certificates; Review and develop a master plan for digital transformation of the Inspection sector and the Central Inspection Commission, develop a plan for the overall implementation of the IT system of the Central Inspection Commission... In the coming time, the Central Inspection Commission will continue to strongly innovate the content, methods, and approaches to inspection and supervision on the basis of promoting digital transformation and applying IT to all aspects of work. Focus on building and synchronously connecting data to carry out the work of "supervision on data, inspection on data" in accordance with the requirements of national development in the current period.
Comrade Hoang Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the Agency, Member of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in Central Party Agencies; Comrade Vu Van Tan, Director of the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (C06), Ministry of Public Security; Associate Professor Huynh Quyet Thang, Director of Hanoi University of Science and Technology awarded graduation certificates to student representatives.
Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc affirmed that the training course to raise awareness of digital transformation with 100% of the officers and civil servants of the Central Inspection Commission graduating is an important basis for the Central Inspection Commission to continue to vigorously and effectively implement digital transformation in the coming time. He believes that the Central Inspection Commission will quickly access Resolution 57, master digital transformation, minimize the transition time for digital transformation, apply IT to inspection and supervision work, and the Central Inspection Commission strives to be the leading agency in digital transformation and IT application.
