Third meeting of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 14th National Party Congress

The conference listened to and discussed: The implementation of preparations for the 14th National Party Congress in the past and the tasks for the coming time; the plan for arranging accommodation for delegates and means of serving the 14th National Party Congress; the plan for innovating the application of information technology in the organization of serving the 14th National Party Congress; the plan for repairing and upgrading the National Convention Center to serve the 14th National Party Congress; the work of ensuring security and safety before, during and after the Congress; the plan for establishing and operating the Press Center for the 14th National Party Congress; the plan for propaganda for Party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress; and a number of other related issues.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Tran Cam Tu highly appreciated the Subcommittee Support Team, the Party Central Committee Office and relevant agencies for proactively developing programs and plans, actively coordinating preparations for the congress. The time from now until the Congress is not long, while many tasks must be implemented immediately. Comrade Tran Cam Tu requested that agencies and units be proactive and active; continue to review and implement assigned tasks to preside over or coordinate implementation, avoid missing work, delay work, ensure that the organization work to serve the Congress must be carried out with quality, efficiency, thoughtfulness, economy, innovation, creativity, and absolute safety. At the same time, he requested that members of the Subcommittee need to develop detailed plans and urge and coordinate with relevant agencies to implement the assigned tasks of their agencies and units. The contents of comments at today's meeting need to be completed soon to submit to the Politburo and Secretariat for comments and implementation.
