On March 26, 2025, at the Conference to summarize the course to raise awareness of digital transformation and IT application of the Agency, comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Head of the Central Inspection Commission, requested the Agency's Youth Union to carefully study and deeply absorb the article of General Secretary To Lam for the young generation, in which young people need to continue to cultivate moral qualities, ideals and aspirations to contribute, and actively participate in digital transformation.

In that spirit, the Executive Committee of the Agency's Youth Union has thoroughly grasped the guiding views of the Agency's Head, constantly learning and acquiring knowledge about digital transformation; closely following the Agency's digital transformation processes, including actively participating in deploying operating and operational software, software for digital management of archived documents, software for managing petitions, complaints, denunciations, and reflections... Many Youth Union members actively participate in teams and groups implementing digital transformation work at the agency, digitizing documents...

The seminar helped the comrades and youth union members have a more comprehensive view of the field of Digital Transformation, the Digital Transformation Project in Party Agencies, in the Inspection sector and at the Central Inspection Commission; contributing to helping the youth union members raise awareness, understanding and sense of responsibility for their roles and tasks in the digital transformation process; draw experiences and measures to strive for themselves, try harder and make more efforts to complete the tasks assigned by the Party Committee and the leaders of the Agency.

At the seminar, Comrade Dao Phan Khai, Head of the VNeID Department, Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (C06), Ministry of Public Security presented the main features of Project 06; made requirements for union members and young people when approaching and contributing their efforts to the digital transformation process of the Central Inspection Commission. Next, Dr. Pham Huy Hoang, Director of the Center for Technology & Digital Transformation Solutions in Education, School of Information Technology & Communications, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, equipped the youth union of the Central Inspection Commission with knowledge about digital transformation from very basic concepts such as what is digital transformation? What are the benefits of digital transformation? What is digital literacy?... Dr. Pham Huy Hoang also suggested that the youth union promote the strengths of youth, enthusiastically contribute their efforts in the digital transformation process, spread science and technology, digital transformation, and innovation to the masses.

At the Seminar, many opinions clarified the story of digital transformation at the Central Inspection Commission, including discussions on (1) Overview of the Digital Transformation Project in Party Agencies; (2) The role of Youth Union members in general and the agency's Youth Union in particular in the digital transformation process; (3) Application of digital transformation to serve Party Congresses at all levels.
