Concluding the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Head of the Agency, summarized the basic contents of the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; clearly stated the responsibilities of the Central Inspection Commission and the Party Inspection sector in the coming time, focusing on the issue of resolving complaints and denunciations for 226 complicated and frequently prolonged complaints and denunciations to the Central Government, including 29 cases at risk of becoming "hot spots", affecting security and order in 18 localities; resolving and advising on resolving 86 conclusions of the Inspection sector.

Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc emphasized that the domestic and international situation has many complex and unpredictable developments, inspectors must master the "basic principles" in their work, grasp the functions and tasks of the Inspection sector to successfully carry out assigned political tasks; each individual Party inspector must clearly understand the roadmap and importance of the work to be done in the coming time to truly "transform" into the work; build a clean and strong team of inspectors at all levels, contributing more to the development of the country; digitize as quickly as possible all professional documents that are allowed to operate in the digital environment; build a sample inspection system, strive to have sample locations to move towards professional inspection and supervision; strongly apply IT in inspection and supervision.

Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc suggested that the Inspection Commissions at all levels need to identify models, localities, and individuals who dare to think and act to promote their strength to serve the new development period of the country; promote the work of grasping the local situation, identifying inappropriate policies and guidelines to implement solutions to bring benefits to the Party and the country.
