In the 2022-2025 term, the Party Committee of the VIII Department of Locality Party Cell has led cadres and party members to fully implement the Resolution of the Party Cell; promptly organize and disseminate the Party's directives and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws to cadres and party members. The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle have been given attention and organized regularly; cadres and party members have actively participated in activities and movements launched by the Party Committee at higher levels. Internal solidarity, cohesion, efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges, have completed and exceeded the set targets with increasingly improved quality and efficiency. The work of building the Party cell has been strengthened, the regime of activities, reporting, and party affairs have been seriously implemented and in accordance with regulations. The exemplary role of cadres and party members in performing assigned duties and tasks has been increasingly enhanced, meeting the requirements of the task. The work of planning, training and fostering cadres is of interest to the Party Committee and leaders, and is carried out regularly, according to regulations. Up to now, 100% of cadres and party members performing professional tasks have met the standards of political theory and professional expertise. The Party Committee has paid attention to the work of leading mass organizations, creating favorable conditions for their activities, promoting their functions and tasks, creating a comfortable atmosphere, contributing to improving work efficiency.

Along with that, advise on the completion of the annual inspection and supervision program of the Department and the tasks assigned by the Standing Committee of the Committee, specifically: Inspecting when there are signs of violations against 02 party organizations; inspecting the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the party; inspecting party finances; inspecting the declaration of assets and income for 04 party organizations and the Standing Committee members of the provincial and municipal party committees that are inspected; thematic supervision of 07 party organizations and the Standing Committee members of the supervised party committees; resolving party disciplinary complaints of 07 party members; resolving 08 denunciations of party members under the Central management. In addition, the Department has helped the Committee members in charge of monitoring and urging the inspection when there are signs of violations by party organizations related to Viet A Technology Joint Stock Company, FLC Group, AIC International Progress Joint Stock Company, Thuan An Group Joint Stock Company, Phuc Son Group, etc. Synthesize reports and propose the Central Inspection Committee to conclude according to regulations. At the same time, advise on appraisal and coordination of personnel work for 279 cases.

At the Congress, the opinions discussed focused on deepening the content of the Political Report of the Congress; clarifying the achieved results, pointing out the shortcomings, limitations, causes and proposing solutions to overcome them in the coming term.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Hoang Van Tra, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, congratulated the achievements of the Party Cell of the Area VIII Department. Comrade Hoang Van Tra requested the Party Cell of the Area VIII Department to continue promoting the achieved results, striving to complete well and excellently the assigned tasks in the 2025-2027 term; focusing on effectively implementing digital transformation and IT application in the Central Inspection Commission and the Inspection sector; creating conditions for cadres to participate in training and fostering courses; coordinating with departments and units inside and outside the Agency to perform well the assigned tasks; strengthening political and ideological education, focusing on developing new party members; improving the quality of party cell activities, inspection and supervision work, etc.

Comrade Ho Minh Chien, Member of the Party Committee of the Agency, Member of the Central Inspection Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the Party Cell for the 2025 - 2027 term.

In an open and democratic spirit, the Congress discussed and gave opinions on the draft report, and elected the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2025-2027 term, including 3 comrades: Comrade Tran Minh Phong, Director of the VIII Department of Localities, was elected to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; Comrade Nguyen Huu Thach, Deputy Director of the Department, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell; Comrade Nguyen An Minh, Deputy Director of the Department, Party Cell Executive Committee member.
