According to the signed agreement, CMC Telecom and MISA will flexibly cooperate in advising and implementing digital solutions for their respective customers. As a comprehensive digital infrastructure provider, CMC Telecom has strengths in telecommunications infrastructure and integrated information technology (IT) and telecommunications services. Meanwhile, MISA's strength lies in software solutions, platforms, and IT services provided to organizations and businesses.
Leveraging their existing strengths, both parties expect to expand their target customer base and accelerate the comprehensive digital transformation process for the business community. CMC Telecom and MISA also agreed to consider developing additional solutions and services to better serve their customers.
Regarding cooperation in information technology and telecommunications, CMC Telecom plays the role of organizing, designing, building, deploying, and providing professional, modern, secure, and suitable IT solutions, products, and services. CMC Telecom will develop preferential policies on: digital infrastructure services, connectivity services, Data Center services, Cloud services, Multi-Cloud services, information security solutions, and VAS services... for MISA and its customers.
Regarding cooperation in providing platform-based software solutions for organizations and businesses, MISA will be responsible for developing preferential policies for CMC Telecom and its customers. In particular, MISA will focus on deploying its integrated enterprise management platform, MISA AMIS, which includes four modules: finance and accounting; marketing and sales; customer service; human resource management; and digital office operations.
