With many outstanding advantages, after only 7 months of launching, the number of transactions on OCB OMNI increased by 74%, CASA increased by 21% and online savings revenue increased by 32% compared to the same period in 2023. In particular, in 2024, in the journey of "leading bank" implementing the Open Banking model, OCB has officially built and operated, reaching the milestone of more than 150 Open APIs, corresponding to different services from basic to specialized operations, ready to integrate, meeting the diverse needs of multi-industry partners, with strong processing performance, an average of more than 6 million transactions/month since the beginning of 2024. Any business with the need to manage internal finances or provide financial services to customers can connect with OCB through the Open API platform. According to statistics, up to now, the number of customers connecting OPEN API at OCB has doubled compared to 2023, contributing to an increase in the CASA rate of over 20%. With the goal of maintaining the leading position in Open Banking in the Vietnamese banking system, OCB has built a Data Analysis Center, using advanced algorithms and technologies to analyze data sets in Big Data, combined with the application of Artificial Intelligence - AI, thereby helping the bank have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of customers, allowing personalization in building and adjusting products, services and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to improve user satisfaction.

Liobank is currently the only bank to deploy "Cashback realtime - instant refund"; Providing customer credit - focusing on granting card limits to serve daily spending needs and transparency in transactions: Applying credit decision-making processes based on Machine Learning and Big Data, not depending on traditional data. Liobank - a digital bank "tailor-made" for young, modern and tech-savvy customers

After more than 1 year of launching to the market, Liobank has recorded impressive growth with nearly 500,000 new customers in 2024, of which more than 300,000 customers own physical cards. The total transaction value and number of transactions received and sent via Liobank reached 11 trillion VND with 8 million transactions made, an increase of 4.2 times compared to 2023, ranking on app stores Liobank reached 4.7 in the top group of financial applications. " OCB is one of the banks that is investing a lot of money in digital transformation activities.
