Accordingly, Lam Dong has rapidly increased its ranking, ranking 8th out of 63 provinces and cities participating in the ranking, maintaining its leading position in the Central Highlands. In 2024, Lam Dong's EBI index will rank 20th out of 56 provinces and cities participating in the ranking.

The EBI 2025 report is based on a survey of thousands of businesses nationwide. The EBI index is based on three groups of criteria, including infrastructure and human resources, business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions, and business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

Lam Dong's EBI 2025 index reached 12.6 points, still quite far from the first-ranked locality, Hanoi, with 74.7 points. However, rising to 8th place out of 63 provinces and cities, assesses Lam Dong's good growth in e-commerce development.

In particular, Lam Dong's Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions component index ranked high, ranking 6th out of 63 provinces and cities, showing strong growth in business-to-business transactions. Lam Dong will actively promote the remaining two component indices, including the Human Resources and Information Technology Infrastructure Index and the Business-to-Consumer Transactions Index, to further develop the local e-commerce environment.
