As of 11 PM on August 7th, the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Force of Dong Nai Province and the Trang Bom District Police were continuing to control and extinguish the fire at Shing Mark Vina Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province). This company specializes in manufacturing wooden furniture for export.
According to initial reports, at around 9:30 PM on the same day, several residents and workers discovered thick smoke and flames rising from the company's factory.
The on-site firefighting force was immediately mobilized, using equipment to extinguish the fire, but because the flames spread rapidly, they quickly engulfed the entire factory.
Upon receiving the fire alarm, the fire fighting force of Dong Nai Provincial Police and Trang Bom District Police quickly arrived at the scene, mobilizing dozens of officers, soldiers, and vehicles to extinguish the fire.
Authorities are currently working to extinguish the fire.
