Reporting at the ceremony, the Steering Committee of the training course stated that, during the 12 days of training, the course completed 10 modules on practical experience, leadership and management skills; 9 field trips to 9 localities and units of Hanoi (Hoan Kiem, Son Tay, Ha Dong, Nam Tu Liem, Gia Lam, Hanoi People's Council, Department of Internal Affairs, Tax Department, Thang Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Conservation Center); and 2 days of field trips to Quang Ninh province.
The course helped officials from Vientiane to study and learn about experiences in building a clean and strong government and political system; state management, administrative reform, and e-government. This contributed to improving the quality of Vientiane's officials to meet the demands of current development. At the same time, it strengthened the good friendship between the two capitals in the new context.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Khamma Sengmyxay - Member of the Standing Committee of the Vientiane City Party Committee, Head of the Organization Department of the Vientiane City Party Committee, and Head of the Vientiane delegation studying in Hanoi - expressed gratitude for the affection, attention, and support provided by the Party Committee, People's Committee, and People's Council of Vientiane City during his participation in the training course on government administration and practical experience at various units and localities.

Regarding information on some of the outstanding activities of Vientiane Capital, Comrade Khamma Sengmyxay stated that the experiences and lessons learned from Hanoi, along with the development of Hanoi and the localities visited, are very practical and of great significance to the delegation members for studying and applying valuable lessons and experiences to their work. Comrade Khamma Sengmyxay expressed his hope that the Hanoi City Party Committee would continue to organize training courses to share experiences with the staff of Vientiane Capital. This would contribute to maintaining and developing the good traditional relationship between the two Parties, the two States, and the two Capitals.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen congratulated the 31 trainees of the second class on successfully completing the course.
Highlighting some outstanding results of the course, especially the proactive and serious learning attitude and spirit of all 31 trainees, Standing Vice Secretary of the Vientiane City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen affirmed: The course has helped officials of Vientiane Capital to study and learn about experiences in government building, building a clean and strong political system, state management, administrative reform, and building e-government. It contributes to improving the quality of Vientiane Capital's officials to meet the development requirements of the current period. At the same time, it strengthens the good friendship between the two capitals in the new situation.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee expressed his hope that the trainees would gain a deeper understanding and stronger attachment to Hanoi, thereby contributing to preserving and strengthening the tradition of solidarity and friendship between Hanoi and Vientiane, and between Vietnam and Laos. He hoped that the members of the Vientiane delegation would apply the knowledge gained from the course in Hanoi to their practical work in their respective localities and units, contributing to improving their leadership and management capabilities.
