Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, 51 years old, is from Kinh Mon district, Hai Duong province. Before becoming Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee in 2021, Ms. Thanh was Vice Chairwoman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council, Director of the Department of Finance, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union, Deputy Secretary of the Ha Long City Party Committee... Ms. Trinh Thi Minh Thanh held the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee after Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Ngo Hoang Ngan returned to the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group and held the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of this group.
