Over 65 years, nearly 110,000 people have been trained, from college level to doctoral level.

At the seminar, Professor Trang Si Trung, Rector of Nha Trang University, shared that after 65 years of construction and development, Nha Trang University has become a multi-disciplinary, multi-field, multi-level university. The university currently has 36 affiliated and subordinate units; including 20 faculties, institutes, and centers for training, scientific research, technology transfer, and production. The university has a scale of over 15,000 students and trainees, with an annual enrollment target of 3,600-3,700 students.

Over the past 65 years, the university has trained nearly 110,000 professionals with doctoral, master's, bachelor's, and associate degrees in various fields. These include international master's programs in marine ecosystem management and climate change, business administration and tourism, and food technology; and an international doctoral program in marine economics and resource management with nearly 50 students from various countries participating in studies and research...

Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, emphasized that in recent years, Nha Trang University has affirmed its position as a leading training, scientific research, and technology center in the South Central and Central Highlands regions, playing a particularly important role in the development of the province.

At the seminar, delegates reviewed the 65-year history of Nha Trang University's development; listened to the university's development plan, orientation, and strategy until 2030, with a vision to 2045. They also exchanged ideas, shared experiences, and proposed solutions to contribute to the sustainable development of the university and achieve its goals in the coming years.
