At the seminar, Professor Trang Si Trung, Rector of Nha Trang University, shared that after 65 years of construction and development, Nha Trang University has become a multi-disciplinary, multi-field, multi-level university. The university currently has 36 affiliated and subordinate units; including 20 faculties, institutes, and centers for training, scientific research, technology transfer, and production. The university has a scale of over 15,000 students and trainees, with an annual enrollment target of 3,600-3,700 students.

Nha Trang University, situated on Lasan Hill and surrounded by the sea on three sides, boasts one of the most beautiful landscapes among universities in Vietnam.
Over the past 65 years, the university has trained nearly 110,000 professionals with doctoral, master's, bachelor's, and associate degrees in various fields. These include international master's programs in marine ecosystem management and climate change, business administration and tourism, and food technology; and an international doctoral program in marine economics and resource management with nearly 50 students from various countries participating in studies and research...

At the seminar, delegates reviewed the 65-year history of Nha Trang University's development; listened to the university's development plan, orientation, and strategy until 2030, with a vision to 2045.
