According to the plan from the parade and march organizing committee and Tuoi Tre Online 's records in recent days, groups of flag-raising helicopters and Su and Yak fighter jets will fly to the center of Ho Chi Minh City (departing from Bien Hoa airport).
The flight formation will circle around many iconic locations such as Thong Nhat Hall, Bach Dang Wharf, Saigon River and Ba Son area.
The highlight of this year’s display will be two heat bomb drops from fighter jets. The first drop is recorded to take place in the sky above the Marina building area (District 1) when three fighter jets fly from Binh Thanh to the center.
In the second wave, the fighter formation will fly from the direction of District 4, skim over the Saigon River and drop thermal ammunition right opposite the Bach Dang Wharf area… in just a short moment.
Therefore, if you want to see a beautiful plane, you should choose a place with a wide, open view and close to the flight axis. Below are some suggested "golden corner" locations from Tuoi Tre Online's records.

Saigon Water Bus Terminal : If you choose a place worthy of being called "national view" to watch planes, Bach Dang Terminal is definitely the name to mention.
Located along the Saigon River, right next to the Water Bus station, ROS Yacht Club and near Nguyen Hue walking street, this area is airy, central, and right on the flight axis.
The Water Bus Station is also located right at the artillery site that will fire before the plane takes off. Therefore, you will be able to watch both special activities together.
Saigon Riverside Park (Thu Thiem), from the other side of the river, viewers can see the whole view of downtown Ho Chi Minh City and the flight from above.
Ba Son area , located near the riverbank, has open space, convenient for watching low-altitude flying formations and dropping thermal ammunition.
Mong Bridge - Khanh Hoi Bridge has a wide view, with few trees so you can see the whole plane flying over the river from District 4.
Nguyen Huu Canh Street - Thu Thiem Bridge can also clearly see the formation of planes entering the city.
In addition, some high-rise buildings and rooftop cafes along Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Hue, and Le Loi streets can also see 1-2 angles of the flight and where the parade and marching procession gathers after passing the main grandstand on Le Duan Street.

At Bach Dang Wharf Park, from early April 27, many people and tourists gathered to watch the rehearsal flights. Many people brought binoculars and specialized cameras, and children were carried on their parents' shoulders to watch the fighter jets.
