Binh Tien Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company, along with its partners Sacombank , Nalux Joint Stock Company, and Swiss Hotel Management Group – Belhotel International, have signed a cooperation agreement to develop the Anara Binh Tien Project.

In Ninh Thuan province, Binh Tien Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company (a member of Trung Nam Group) held a launch ceremony and witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement for the Anara Binh Tien Project.
At the ceremony, Sacombank Bank committed to providing banking services to ensure the project is implemented quickly and efficiently; Nalux Joint Stock Company – the project developer – committed to creating outstanding and harmonious values, helping the project become a world-class and distinctive biosphere resort.
Swiss Hotel Management Group – Belhotel International is committed to working with Binh Tien Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company to establish new standards of luxury in the international hotel industry.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that the Anara Binh Tien Project is of particular interest to the province and is also highly anticipated to become a new world-class tourism brand in Ninh Thuan after the Amanoi Resort.
The Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee requested that immediately after the signing ceremony, the parties should begin implementing and accelerating the development of the Anara Binh Tien Project so that the entire project can be inaugurated and put into operation as soon as possible.
The Anara Binh Tien Project, legally named the Binh Tien Tourist Area Project, is invested in by Binh Tien Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company in Cong Hai commune, Thuan Bac district, Ninh Thuan province, covering an area of 190.5 hectares. The project has a total investment capital of 23,346.4 billion VND.
The project was initially approved by the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee on August 8, 2005, and subsequently adjusted on October 15, 2009, and January 6, 2022; the project is scheduled to become operational within 36 months from January 6, 2022.

As of early July 2024, the project has completed all legal procedures. Phase 1 is basically 85% complete, including the construction and operation of an 18-hole golf course; the completion of 52 hillside villas (currently under finishing); the construction of the rough structure of 99 beachfront villas; and approximately 80% completion of the technical infrastructure system.
Regarding the project, the investor has submitted a proposal on the form of land lease; the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee has submitted the General Planning of the Ninh Chu National Tourist Area for approval…
